originating in Shibuya rebelling against stereotypical
beauty standards of having pale skin and dark hair!!
This is where we see the classic look of a tan and
flashy exaggerated makeup, to fight toxic beauty standards
Gals tend to have big blond hair and use eye catching fashion!
